Policy of Return and Exchange for Quality Rings Bedding
First: In case of a manufacturing defect or damage to the product:
Customers of "Quality Rings Bedding" are entitled to replace or return a product with a manufacturing defect** or damage, provided that the product is still in its original packaging and unused, within 7 days from the date of receiving the product and 3 days from the date of the invoice for returns. After the product is received and inspected by Quality Rings Bedding to ensure compliance with the terms, the customer can choose one of the following options:
- Refund the value of the product via the official channels. This process takes at least 30 business days and is done through the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Replace the damaged product with a new one of the same value.
Notes:
- The customer will not bear any shipping fees if the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or damage.
- The customer must return the product in its original packaging.
- The customer will be liable for any damage caused if the product is not returned properly packaged.
- A photo of the product packaging must be sent within the first day of receiving the product, otherwise, the return or exchange request will be canceled.
Second: In case of wanting to exchange or return the product without a manufacturing defect:
Customers of "Quality Rings Bedding" have the right to exchange or return a product, provided it is in its original packaging, unused, and in its original condition, within 7 days from the date of receiving the product for exchanges, and within 3 days from the date of the invoice for returns. The customer will bear the shipping costs in this case. Once the product is received and inspected by Quality Rings Bedding, the customer can choose one of the following options:
- Refund the value of the product after deducting the shipping fee via a bank transfer. This process takes at least 10 business days.
- Replace the product with another of the same value.
Notes:
- The customer will bear the shipping costs if the return or exchange is due to no defect or damage.
- The customer must return the product in its original packaging.
- The customer will be responsible for any damage caused if the product is not returned properly packaged.
- A photo of the product packaging must be sent on the same day the product is received, otherwise, the return or exchange request will be canceled.
- Bank transfer fees will be deducted during the refund process.
Third: The following items are excluded from the return/exchange policy:
- Custom sizes and special orders.
- Sleep pillows.
- Mattress and pillow protectors.
- Personal use items.
- Used products or items that are not in their original condition as purchased.
- Clearance items.
**Fourth: The return and exchange process takes up to 30 business days to complete.
Manufacturing Defects or Issues:
- Fabric damage such as cuts, stains, or similar issues.
- Poor stitching or seam issues.
- Poor packaging that causes product damage.
- Non-compliance with specifications (e.g., incorrect height or other features).
- Damage caused during washing if washing instructions were followed correctly.
